KIMCHI SUSHI is a community platform for Korean-Japanese cultural exchange. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment and have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content of any kind.
- Any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing, requesting, or distributing CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) will result in immediate and permanent account termination.
- Any attempts to groom, solicit, or exploit minors through our platform will be immediately acted upon.
- Users can report any content or user through our in-app reporting feature available on all posts, comments, and direct messages.
- All reports related to child safety are reviewed with the highest priority.
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and report any identified CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities in Korea and Japan.
- Immediate removal of any violating content.
- Permanent ban of offending accounts with no possibility of reinstatement.
- Preservation of relevant data for law enforcement investigation.
- Reporting to appropriate authorities including NCMEC, Korean National Police Agency, and Japanese National Police Agency.
- Active content moderation by our administration team.
- User-driven reporting system with rapid response.
- User blocking functionality to prevent unwanted contact.
- Regular review of platform content and user activity.
